Material Verification

Dimensional Accuracy
Advanced CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) technology ensures precision machining. Thread gauges verify ISO Metric, BSP, BSPT and NPT specifications with zero tolerance for deviations.
Pressure Testing
LPG gas cocks and valves undergo hydraulic pressure testing at 3x operating pressure. Each component is leak tested individually to ensure absolute safety and reliability in critical applications.
Surface Quality Control
Visual inspection combined with surface roughness testing ensures excellent finish quality. Coating thickness is verified for nickel, chrome and other plating options using non destructive testing methods.
Functional Testing
Revolving nozzles, ball valves and moving parts are tested for smooth operation, torque requirements and cycle life. Burners undergo flame pattern analysis and heat distribution tests.
